I wonder if someone can help me as I'm tearing my hair out

We receive a standard e-mail from a web site that we have every so often
When viewing the response, which is plain text, in Outlook, it displayes as tex. Just what is expected and indeed required
When viewing the response in Outlook Express 6, it seems to be converted to a mailto: link. Not what was required, but still ok
However, on one machine, with Outlook Express, when this link is clicked on, the PC opens up an explorer window showing the C: drive

Any assistance with what's going on would be great
Even if you don't know the answer, if you know how to switch off the translation feature, that would help too

thank
Dav

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.

Here is the link for the right forum

Good Luck!
