When sending a message to a contact that has multiple e-Mail addresses, how
do you have the To: field prompt to select one of multiple e-Mail addresses
rather than sending to the active one?

Perhaps I was not clear. When I type the recipient name into the TO: field
(without opening Address Book first), it automatically enters the primary
address from the address book. Instead, if there are multiple e-Mail
addresses entered for that recipient, I am looking for a way for Outlook to
prompt me and ask me which address I want to use.

Use the Outlook Address Book. It lists each separately.

No, you were not clear. Nor is what you claim possible.
You are describing autocompletion which does not use your address book at
all. It uses a completely different data source.
I was telling you how to select the email address you want. Autocompletion
is not the way to do that. The Outlook Address Book is.

You still need to provide enough detail so we can tell whether you are using
autocompletion or autoresolution. Your Outlook version is also in play and
should always be mentioned.
