e-mail address is not displaying correctly

My e-mail address is not displaying correctly in my boss's
contacts list, it shows my name and not the e-mail
address, even after I put it in. Help!
 
when the contact information is displayed, (ie ouble
clicked) it shows my name instead of my e-mail address.
