Please can someone help me, this is driving me mad!!!
using outlook 2000 I can't make my contacts avalable from
the "TO" box when creating a new message
I have tried:

adding my contacts to the addressing box under services (I
can't see my contact)

right clicking on my contacts in the folder list,
properties, outlook address book ( in here the box
to "show this folder in e-mail address book" is grayed
out, this is not the case with other peoples i've look at)

any ideas

thanks

Go to Tools > Services. Make sure the Outlook Address Book service is
listed. If not, add it. Next, R click on the Contact folder or folders you
want the OAB to display, choose "Properties", go to the Outlook Address Book
tab and check the "Show this folder as an E-mail address book" box. You may
also need to go to Tools > Options > Addressing Tab and choose to show your
Contacts folder.

that did the trick, thanks
