E-Mail Account Not Visible

HELP - I can no longer see my default e-mail account in
Outlook XP (SP3 installed). The account is there because
mail continues to be recieved under it. And if I try to
make an account with that name (Mindspring) I get an
error because that name is already in use.

But it doesn't appear in the e-mail account list, or in
the send/receive options, or on the choose account to
send from list for each message.

Any ideas?

Have you tried creating a new mail profile?
