E-Mail Access

As of today, I cannot log on into my account without a message box coming up
asking for logon authentication; wants my user ID and password. My daughter
is also on the account and another box comes up wanting her name to be
authenticated, as well. It used to just put me into my e-mail account with
no problems and the new messages would automatically load. I am not happy.

Typical behaviour, usually caused by an Anti-Virus Application that is set
to scan email?

Disable it from doing so.

Never enter the PW/UN details into the message box that pops up, it will not
stick, always enter the detail, (PW&UN) @ Tools menu>accounts>select your
account>properties>server tab.
