e-machine "1024 x 768 message"

Hello

I'm having a minor problem with a new E Machine with
windows XP

I always get a message
"for best appearance switch resolution to 1024 x 768
1:accept 2: decline"
or some thing like that

The message keeps coming back

when I go to properties>settings>resolution It says my
machine IS ALREADY in 1024 x 768 !!!!

What can I do Godfather, what can I do?

Ned, change the resolution to 800x600. Restart the computer. When the
message asks reset to 1024x768.
