Does anyone have any suggestions or resources that I
could use to help me create a form which can be used to
create a query.

Way I figure it I would have a form where you checkbox
what fields you want to use as criterias. If checked then
you would write in a text field what it would need to
match/be greater then ect...

I suppose the query would pull every field possible.

Is there any such thing out there on the net?

I've created a MASTER QUERY and figure I'll add WHERE
clauses to it constructed via the form. Thoughta anyone?

There is a query by form applet that can be imported into any application
that does exactly this and more
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/OtherLibraries.asp#Hookom,Duane. The
developer imports several tables and forms into any mdb then creates some
"master" queries that combine tables and alias field names (if necessary).
The users make selections regarding a master data source and the fields they
want. They can also select sorting and criteria as well as grouping. Results
are a couple clicks from sending to print, Word table, Word Merge, text
file, csv, Excel, Html, or graph.
