Dynamic Menu or Open up Menu

Hi Folks,
Not sure if I call it right but can I create a menu on my website that can
open up sub menu when the visitor click on the main menu with FP2002? Also I
see some web sites that look like a file cabinet where you can click on each
tap and it opens a new page.

When you have read through the article, there is example code that you can
download.

It doesn't require a click - the submenus open when hovered over.

I quite like it, but have not yet found a good application for it on my
site.
