Dynamic Link Libraries

I am getting this message when trying to access certain
programmes, " The procedure entry point ??_U@YAPAXI@Z
could not be found in the dynamic link library MSVCRT.DLL"

I have repaired my registry and still no luck. Any ideas?

You may need a newer version of this MS DLL. Or there may be an old
one located elsewhere on the system. Search for MSVCRT.DLL.

Here on W2K, SP4 the file is from SP4 and is version
6.1.9844.0
2003-06-19 11:05 286,773 msvcrt.dll
and is in the \system32\ directory.

This is not directly a registry issue as far as I can tell.
