Hi all,

I wondered if the following would be possible....

Can I create a dynamic form within excel? I want a user to be able to select from a number of form options and based on the form option selected certain fields are then populated to capture data?

Yes. Best way, which can get a bit fiddly if it a huge form, is to assign macro to say a radio button which hides / shows objects within the form. Thus for each radio button in say column 1 of form a set of option buttons in col 2 of the form is visible to users.
