Dynamic Excel Sheets in Frontpage

Does anyone know of a way (or free routine) that will allow me to have
a dynamic excel sheet within a webpage made by Frontpage 98?

First issue: All site visitors must use IE and have Excel installed to see any interactive Excel
Spreadsheet.

What is that you want to happen with this dynamic spreadsheet?
