I need a good and safe dynamic dns updater client (software to upload IP)
to use dyndns.org dynamic dns service
Any recommendation?

there's a bunch of good ones listed at dyndns.org. i used DeeEnEs
(spell?) and ipcheck.py, among others. the latter is a python script
which is lightweight and robust. the features available and platforms
supported will narrow down your choices.

I tried a few and the best pure freeware option was DynDNS Updater.
It's available on the dyndns.org updaters page.
