Dynamic Distribution lists HELP

Is there a way in outlook to automatically update a
distribution list by using the category codes.

For example, everyone with the category code customer
service will be on the customer service distribution list.

If I delete the category code the contact will be
automatically removed from the list.

Any help would be great. Thank you all.
 
No. Not sure why you need to.
Why not use the categories you've created instead of DL's?
