Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo on XPe

I am trying to install the Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo on a T5730 ThinClient
(XPe SP2). The installation fails with a missing file componnet. The
setupapi.log is attached below:

You're going to have to contact the OEM about that one.
