dyfuca keeps comming back every restart

Anyone having any luck getting rid of this? I have run
spybot, adaware and microsoft and deleted it 100 times.

Every startup it comes back.

Ideas

Show hidden files and folders

Check for updates for AdAware, Spybot, MSAS, and your Antivirus program.

Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. Uninstall Internet
Optimizer and any program that you did not KNOWINGLY install.

Disconnect from the internet after doing so.
Scan with these in this order :

AdAware SE
Spybot
MSAS
The installed AV

Then reboot to Safe Mode and scan again in the same order.
Make sure that the programs are set to scan as fully and deeply as
possible.

For MSAS click Scan options, choose Full system scan. Put a check mark
in all 3 boxes, click the Scan selected drives/folders link if you have
more than one partition or HD.

Reboot to Normal mode still DISCONNECTED from the internet and scan once
more with MSAS.
