dxdiag/madden

hello, i am trying to run madden 2004, i have had this game
for a long time and it just recently stopped working...i
ran dxdiag and all of the sudden it reads 254 MB of RAM
where it should read 256. i don't know why this happened
all of the sudden. i've been playing the game for a while
and it seems weird. planned obsolescence? any advice?

Sounds frustrating, have you tried a system restore yet?

hello, yes, i tried that and no dice. also it only happens in franchise
mode. i can play regular games. i dont know if that matters or helps. thanks
for the suggestion.

Hi Argh,

Did you update to SP2 and DX 9?
If so, make sure you update your video drivers as well.
