DxDiag 9.0b gives an error.

When I run dxdiag v 9.0b (4.09.0000.0902) I get an error.

Unable to locate component.
This application has failed to start because netdetect.dll was not found.
Reinstalling this application may fix this problem.

Is it referring to reinstalling dirextx9.0b?

What is netdetect.dll used for and why would it be missing?

Seems netdetect.dll is no longer part of Windows.
