DVR2WMV Freezing

Does anyone know why when I use the DVR2WMV program it keeps on freezing?
 
check the info on my Import Movie Source Files > Video > Recorded TV
page.... the info about DVR2WMV has my checklist for using it.
 
Ive read te article you wrote and I dont really understand all the different
types of Video Decoders and the profiles. Is the selections it's set to the
reason it freezes?
 
My notes from testing mention the software crashing unless I selected
certain options... no mention of freezing. But yes, it could very well be
the reason.
 
It works!!! I fiddled around with the Decoders and got it going. Thanks for
your help!
