DVI to Component adaptor for 9800?

It works perfectly for the 9800 as well.
imo.. best solution for outputting pc to HDTV component inputs.
 
The ATI site has an adaptor to convert the DVI port to component plugs
for connection to a HDTV ,but it said for the 9500 and 9700 cards.
(R9500/9700 DVI-I HDTV ADAPT)

Will it work with the 9800 PRO also?
Will the picture be visibly better than with S-video connection? (will
the text be nearly readable?)

If you have a true high definition television then the text at 720P or
1080I should be as readable as on a low-end monitor. If, on the other
hand, you have a standard definition television with component inputs
then you won't see much if any improvement.
