Music CDs do work. However, depending on your dvd player will depend if it
plays mp3s or other types of music compression formats.

are referring to Slide Shows? One way to do it
is to create a VCD (Video CD). Try the free
version of PhotoStory that can be downloaded
at the following link. It can create a VCD that will
play on most DVD players.
