DVD-video error code 8004027B

Everytime I have tried to play a DVD on my computer, this
message appears: "DVD-video playback graph could not be
built due to insufficient decoders." I was able to play
DVDs before and all of my diagnostic checks say that the
DVD drive and its components (drivers, Direct X, etc.) are
working fine. What should I do?
