DVD-RW problem

When I start up my computer with a disk already inserted it will read it
fine; however, when I take that disk out and insert a new one the disk is not
found. There is obviously something wrong here but idk how to fix it.
 
Sometimes the function key F5 will update the listing, but most of the
time the only way to read the disk is to reboot.

Fix the AutoPlay setting for the CD drive as described in the WMP FAQ on
the microsoft website.
