My DVD-Rom is the only optical drive in my computer. It
will read DVD's and CD's created by companys. However, it
will not read cd-r's created by myself. I am using iso-
9660 format. I alsways get message that the disk in the
drive is not formatted.

hi,
It depends on how old your drive is. If it is a 2x and a
low cd number then odds say it wont read cdwr because of
bios on drive issues. Have you looked for a flash update
for the drive? I have found that 24 speeds that are around
4 years old wont read cdrw disks at all.
Luck

Well if the DVD-Rom is the ONLY optical drive - how can you create
cd-r 's ?
