DVD problems

Hi all,
Got a small problem that I am unsure if its a problem with Vista or the
DVD drive itself.

Insert a DVD video disk and it plays, put in a DVD Game and the drive does
nothing, even if i leave it there for while! any ideas?

You have to set that option separately - there are separate options for a
lot of different possible contents on a DVD.

I have to go to lunch in a minute, so I can't explore - but put a disc in
the drive, right click, look at Properties, and look for a relevant tab,
something like startup options...
