Rt click MyComputer>select Properties>Hardware>Device Manager.
Navigate to your dvd player and rt click select
uninstall. Say yes to all. Restart and let WinXP reinstall the DVD
player.
You need to install the DVD software that came with the DVD player. WinXP
and MP do not support DVD playback until a third party app such as WinDVD or
PowerDVD is installed.
