I have a problem with my 2nd hand DVD player, it is'nt
registering a DVD or CD when it should..... Please can
you help me?

Are your getting any type of error message? Does the drive show up in
my computer?

Check and make sure the cable connections are tight. You can download
a utility at http://www.cdspeed2000.com/ to test your CD/DVD-ROM
drive.

You could just have a dead drive.
