You can get DVD XCopy. Sold in most computer stores.
Very common and easy to use. Best Buy carries it. And no,
you do not have it on your pc already.....seperate
program. Hope that helps. It runs about $95-105.00
you can also get tmpgenc.You can download it free.It lets
you burn dvd's free for 30 day's. It can also let you
burn vcd's free.
