DVD Labels

I'm making my own DVD's now (Yay!) and would like some software or templates
to generate the labels, both the small (CD like) holders and the larger
(software like) holders. Hopefully freeware. I have MS Word 2003 and I d/l
the Avery stuff but can't seem to find much.

Note I use the my trusty 'Sharpie' Label maker for the disk itself. The
labels I mean are for the holder.
