Dvd Fullscreen playback issues

When I try to play my DVDs full screen, no matter the
player, the playback is fuzzy as if the playback is
comming from a vcr with the tracking off. I sent the
drive (Pioneer dvd-120s) for a replacement, and the new
drive does the same. I tried un installing the players
but still no improvement. any responses would be greatly
appreciated.
 
are you using an LCD monitor? i have the same issue on
mine, seems there is an issue with LCDs and full screen
video, i'm not quite sure of a sollution, i just know
theres a problem
