This error is associated with XP-incompatible drivers of
Cyberlink's PowerDVD software. Some DVD burner vendors
ship outdated software with their products.
The following URL directs you to patches for PowerDVD 5,
4, and 3. In most cases you need a PowerDVD product CD
(the one that came with the CD burner) to install a
patch.
