Hi,

I am having problems with my Litton SHM-165P6S drive. Its not the new Harry Potter game I have all the latest firmware as well its about 9 months old. I tried the game on a 7 yr old pc and it works fine and on another pc all ok as well.

I would be most grateful if someone could please advise me on how I can fix this.

Hi Guys,

This problem is now solved cleaned the laser lines with a cleaning cd and seems to be fine again.
