DVD drive won't open

[grrrrr....]

My DVD drive (F) won't open. I've tried to open it
through My Computer and with the button.

There is a small hole below the drive, just big enough to stick the end
of an 'unraveled' paper clip in. Do that, and push with a little bit of
pressure and the drive tray should pop out.
