Good day,
I am looking to buy a pc multizone dvd drive to read dvds multizone on my
PC (with XP professional) but that seems difficult with all this zoning
crap.
Does anyone have an idea of something ?
Thanks

Get a BluRay burner. They are now cheaper (around US$150).

So you say a Blueray burner will read all zones dvds ?

Did not get up for nothing this morning (contrarily as what it looked ;-)

Learnt something today
Thanks

I looked at a Pionneer blue ray drive and it says on the Pioneer site that
it is region locked.

You would need to reflash the burners firmware to be region free. So
first find a drive you like the look of and then Google to find out if
there is any region free firmware for it.

Most are locked but there was one that I saw today that wasn't. IIRC it was
about $350 and I can't remeber the make.
Should be findable with a bit of searching.
