I need to specify a DVD copying app for a non-tech customer. I use Nero and
have an extra copy, but that damn app wants to load a ton of schitt, steal
all the file associations and all I want is a simple copy tool. If I could
be there to uncheck all the boxes I might go that way.

Is there a small-footprint disk copier on the web somewhere? Free is nice,
and there's no need to copy protected DVDs, this is for home movies and
such.

Thanks!

Just to name a few:

- mkisofs (part of cdrtools) -- cmd line tool
- DVD Shrink -- copy DVD9 (9 GB) movies DVD's to DVD5 (4.5 GB)
- DVD Decrypter -- copy movies DVD's that have bad sectors (skipping
them) to HDD
- UltraISO -- copy DVD's to iso files on HDD with ability to mount
those ISO images. Also have ability to burn CD/DVD.

Despite the name, CD Burner Plus will also copy DVD's. And it's free.
