DVD Burning Error

Hello,

I have been using an internal Lite-On Dvd burner for about six months and it
has worked just fine until recently. The burner has suddenly stopped burning
the downloaded avi. files that I have always burned before and I recieve a
message saying "unable to create the disc structure". The burning program I
use is Nero Vision Express 3. I am using Maxell dvd's which I have
successfully used before. My burnuer has the most recent firmware. Please
help me with this problem
