I just installed a dvd burner into my computer today. And it loads software cd's and it'll play audio cd's. But I cant get it to burn audio cd's or burn a dvd. I keep getting a hardware error code icon popping up on me when it starts to burn the cd or dvd. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
