DVD burner

Was I dreaming or did I see a recommendation here for a DVD burner that
bypassed the country zone limitations? The idea is to be able to play the
DVD in a different country to where it was produced without a message saying
it could not play in a different zone. I never made a note of it and would
now like it. I believe it was for XP system. Many thank in advance

Huh, I think the free DVD Decrypter tool (burning capable) do just
that. The menu (my recollection) allows you to decrypt several things
including region setting so that when you burn a copy, it will be
region free.
