I have a main form with a subform within. The other subforms are
created separately and when I add to these forms my child information
(which is the main and main subform are duplicated) What can I do to
stop the duplications. When I do reports or query or even look up a
child that is duplicated in form view, it shows no information in any
of the forms.

The devil, they say, is in the details and you, presumably because you are
looking at the forms and subforms and it is so obvious to you, have given us
very little real, solid information. We don't know what you have (other than
a generic "form with a subform" and that there are some other subforms).
What exactly do you mean "when I add to these forms my child information"?
There doesn't seem to be a word about the tables, the data, and how it is
stored.

The key to a database is the data. Forms and subforms are just there to let
you display and/or manipulate the data.
