Duplicating files across two servers - two locations

We have two locations, and plan on adding a file server
in the second location. We'd like to have the remote file
server get updated copies of the files on the first
server automatically whenever changes are made, and vice
versa.
Any recommendations on how to pull this off?

You should look into FRS - the Windows NT File Replication Service.
