Duplicating Excel Scroll Bar in PowerPoint

I have an Excel spreadsheet that is being used to determine how to weight two factors in assigning a final score. It has a scroll bar that lets you adjust the weight on one factor (the weight on the other factor is 1-the weight of the first) and recalcualtes final scores and dynamically updates overall standings as the weights change. It all works great.

But now I've been asked to duplicate this functionality on a PowerPoint chart. Any ideas?

Is there a reason you can't just paste (or paste link) the Excel chart onto
a slide?
