I have duplicated the calendar and when I save an
appointment, it says "The reminder for test will not
appear because the item is not in your Calendar or Tasks
folder. Is this OK". When I say yes it goes into the
calendar, but the reminder will not come up. Do I have to
change settings in the calendar or can you only have 1
calendar that will come up with reminders?

Reminders only work for your main caledar. My Calendar (2003)

As mentioned, reminders only work in default folders (the ones created by
Outlook) but there is an add-in that will allow you to get reminders in any
folder in your .pst or mailbox.

Ok, I have this same problem and I have no idea why I'm
having so much difficulty finding the help topic for
this. I recently bought a new computer, something that I
am sure has happened to someone other than myself. Has no
one is the history of computing ever bought a computer?
All I want to do is transfer my outlook calandar to my new
computer. why is that so difficult?? Where is the help
fie explaining that, and why is it so hard to find?
