Duplicating a seating chart

I have a seating chart made up for one class of my students. I want to
duplicate the chart and then fill in the names. However when I copy and
paste the original I end up having to reset the column widths. Is it
possible to copy and paste and retain the same dimensions of the columns.

Make an *exact* duplicate by:
Hold <Ctrl> and click and drag the sheet tab to the right!
