I need your help.

How can I make a copy of one PC with Windows 2000
(includig applications). I need to give CD(s) to other
persons so they can install the copy on another similar
computers.

I know that I need to use SYSPREP and another software
like GHOST, but I don´t know how.
Can sombody explain me STP BY STEP how can I accomplish
this?

I´ll appreciate your help

Thanks. ERIKA...

Hi Erika,
Explaining the Sysprep process step-by-step would take a prohibitive amount
of space.

Here are some resources to get you started:
162001 Do Not Disk Duplicate Installed Versions of Windows
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;162001

298491 HOW TO: Use the System Preparation Tool (Sysprep.exe) to Perform
Disk Duplication

216937 System Preparation Tool and Answer File Usage
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;216937

Also, if you look on your Windows 2000 CD, in the package DEPLOY.CAB, you'll
find several help files (.doc and .chm extensions) which contain a wealth of
information about Sysprep and unattended installations.
