Don't import - use File->Open and drag and drop your files into the default
..pst file.
To clean the calendar, display it in a table view, such as categories.
Then, select all and press delete. The process can take a while if you have
a busy calendar. Then, after opening your .pst file from which you want the
calendar entries, either right click and select Copy Calendar or display the
calendar in a table view, select all and right click and drag to the
calendar where you want the items to display. Select move or copy as you
wish but I use copy in case something goes wrong.
