Duplicated Records

I didn't manage to work out the setwarnings and therefore when inserting a duplicated record the database does not warn me to this fact. However the database will ignore the record because it's duplicated but by not alerting me that the record is duplicated I think that I have entered a data that has not been entered. Complicated
Please help!!!!!!
 
Just turn Set Warnings On from either a macro or VB
