Duplicated Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel

There are 2 Add/Remove Programs showing on the Control Panel (no, the second is NOT Add/Remove Hardware). Can I just use one of the Programs to remove the duplicate copy? Or just leave it alone? Thanks!

You can certainly leave it as is. Or...

see Kelly's link, below, then scroll down to...
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall"
