Duplicate Rows

How do I filter rows with duplicate information? I've downloaded a spreadsheet containing about 7,000 rows. Some of those rows contain duplicate data. I would like to keep the first row and delete the duplicate rows.

Choose the Advanced Filter and tick the Unique Record only
box. Then copy the data to a new sheet.
