Duplicate rows of information

I have created a report and trying to group data together. The problem is as
follows:

EXAMPLE - What is actually happening:

Current Month Rentals and Adjustments
2/5/2005 2/8/2005 $1,425.00 $0.00 $0.00 $147.00
Owner Credit add pool heating $147.00
2/10/2005 2/13/2005 $1,425.00 $0.00 $99.00 $147.00
Owner Credit add pool heating $147.00
2/17/2005 2/21/2005 $1,900.00 $0.00 $0.00 $196.00
Owner Credit add pool heating $147.00
2/21/2005 2/26/2005 $2,375.00 $0.00 $0.00 $245.00

WHAT I WOULD LIKE -

It looks to me that your line:
Owner Credit add pool heating $147.00
Click to expand...

is on the Detail section, and it should be in the Footer Section

If it is in one footer section already, you may move it to the next footer
section down
or to the report footer section
