Duplicate recieved emails, I don't have 2 accounts setup

I have checked in my tools and accounts and do not have to accounts
set up that I can see. But still get duplicates. I removed all accounts
and started over and still get duplicates. Please help.
 
Please restrict problem reporting to one thread, because otherwise
you are creating unnecessary workload for the volunteer responders.
